Well I just called up Pioneer Canada and asked them about the 2008 D3 update disk and was told they have a bunch on order now and another shippment will be out at the end of March. They said first come first serve. Iam a do some more callin around to confirm this.

What are you talking about? The D3 is a released product so yea... it is possible that the 2008 D3 maps will be available end of March. Pioneer NA also told me end of March early April.

No, you misunderstood. They won't release the 2008 disks until they have released the 2008 navigation products. That won't be until mid-year from what I hear

You guys think they gonna give us a few firmware upgrades as well??? I hope so cause they can do a lil bit of tweakin here and there. And another thing. I have read a few topics where people even got their first upgrade free in the mail from Pioneer, true???
