Hey, I just finished installing the Z2 and The map is off, its not facing the way it should be. (ie. Faces North when IM facing West) I cant even put in an address...Its blanked out so i cant even click on it but I can click on things like "Go To" and "POI" I WOLULD just restore the settings but thats blanked out too... I tried reset but nothing happened...

Z2's need to be reset when installed. Go into the hardware settings and clear out the 3d learning and distance studies.

As for the lockout, it sounds like you either didn't connect the parking brake correctly, or if you were attempting to bypass the in-motion security you did it wrong (search "2 wire bypass" for assistance in bypassing the Z2)
