My customer in Dallas, Texas is using a D2 model. Everytime we put in an address it only shows up the option for east coast states. We have the disk in for the correct maps, have taken the disk out and put it back in, reset the nav, and attempted to 'find current location', and haven't had any success in getting the map back up for Texas... Any other suggestions??

Are there 2 different disks for the D2 like there is for the D3? One for east and one for west? Are you using the right one?

yea there are two disks but one is for canada mostly and the other has only partial canada and like 90 % US.

this problem just recently occured.. very strange.. its kind of like with my D3 customers where their map will automatically take them to LA.. except on this issue the location remains in Dallas.. but it will only give you cities on the east coast..

Did you set the zone?

I tried to but it wouldn't allow me to select number '5' which is Texas.. the button was gray, and all the active buttons were blue.
