GEXP5700TV, but all tv tuners on the market will not work once the US changes formats in Feb. 2009

It was mentioned above that analog TV is out as of Feb 2009. Has Pioneer come out with an adapter or new receiver for digital TV? I currently have AVIC Z1 with an analog (NTSC) TV tuner.
