I got the LGVX8100, got it connected and everything and it works but I can't transfer my phone book at all to the unit...the instruction book says to hit the phonebook transfer button and when it does it disconnects then to just hit the start button, i do that, it disconnects but there is no start button....what do i do?

I had same problem with my Moto Q9C - when I hit the "Transfer Phonebook" button it dropped the connection. However, when it did that, I was able to transfer my contacts from the Q9C into the BTB-200 one at a time. Try it and see if it works.

how do you transfer one at a time...there's no button that shows up on the d3...do i do it from my phone?

Yeah, you have to do it from your phone. Not familiar with your particular phone, but when in your contacts (or at least viewing a contact), you should have a "Menu" or "Option" button that brings up the command "Send via Bluetooth" or something similar - hit that and it should find the D3 bluetooth (which will appear as "Pioneer BT unit 2", assuming you've already paired it with the D3). Hit enter, then repeat for each contact you want to load into the D3.
