Looking to upgrade to N4 but will GEXP5700TV still work???

I am addicted to my TV Tuner in my N2. I pulled the N2 and crap out of my old Truck. Instead of putting everything back in my new truck, I was thinking about buying the N4 and ebaying the N2 crap. But will the GEXP5700TV still work with the N4???
