ipod and d3 will play music videos but not movies

My 160 GB will only play music videos on the D3. Movies and tv shows will no play. I have version 1.0.2 installed on the ipod. I have reloaded the ipod, formatted, and have reset the D3 with no luck. Any suggestions?

I am in the SAME situation!!!

The ONLY way i can watch movies and tv shows is by doing a complete restore of the ipod. Then i can go down and plug it in and watch any of the videos. BUT, after i turn the car off, and i try to watch anything again... it will only (as you said) play music videos!
