NOW WHEN MY NAV DISCS ARE PUT IN THEY ARE NOT RECOGNIZED AND GIVES ME AN ERROR ON READING THEM. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING DIFFERENT. IT JUST STOPPED READING BOTH EAST AND WEST DICS. THE MAP WILL NOT EVEN COME UP. IT SAYS "PLEASE INSERT THE APPROPRIATE DICS". HOW AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? I RELY ON MY NAV BECAUSE I TRAVEL.

1. your disk is damaged ( buy a new disk)

2. your laser eye dead can't read disk ( need replace the dvd deck assy.)

3. you already update with a new gps disk, (this point you need to clean up the flash menory )
