Every time I turn off the radio the presets go back to 0 and lose the programing. Any ideas? Thanks for the help

When you turn off the radio or when you turn off the car? Sounds like the 12v power supply might not be connected correctly.

Yea its dark now I will take a look in the morning.. I may have a lose wire or something it was working when I set everything up but when I disconted the wires to the XM unit so that I could mount it in the dash and then got it all put away that is when it stopped working holding the presets.

you have the yellow wire from the xm connected to an accessory instead of a constant

See thats strange cause I cut the wires to the Sirius and put the new end on that gives the XM its power. The Sirius never lost its presets.. I will test to make sure that its has contant power... I am sure it was holding the channels until I disconnected and stuck everything in the dash and reconnected that is when it started losing. I have read that I may have to do a reset. If anyone else has had this happen let me know.. but thanks for all the info so far...

Ok well I did not have the constant power to the xm box so now its working. holding the presets... thanks for the help....
