let me start with what i did ...any one know what i did wrong please repost THANKS

i own a Z2

soldered the yellow with black strip wire to the light green wire then grounded the green wire..

started up my screen and had to warnings ..one that the parking brake isent safley connected and the other navi warning..

i put in the image for the z2 but it stated that "this is a older version, you have the new version uploaded"

so i tryed it while i starting to drive and it said" strickly prohibitted"

then i went ahead and hit the recessed button and nothing happened....

i also noticed before i grounded it and try using the screen half the option didnt work then i grounded it and it opened up all the options...

Only thing I can think of is you did not move the Yellow/Balck wire to the correct pin or it is not making good contact. I would check that connection.

Well, the obvious answer is it's not bypassed correctly.

Can you take a few pictures of how you have it wired and upload?

What update are you using? Have you tried the "freezing" update (which also includes the bypass enable update)?

i got that z2 update thats you have to burn the image...when i went to install it..i pressed MAP and it said old update inserted, new update already installed...

i soldered the yellow wire wit black strip wit the green one and soldered it into the main ground of the wiring harness

i get both warning when i start it also..

and it doesnt want to play VCD?

As the above post said, did you move the mute wire to the correct hole? And make sure its making a good connection?

yes it in the right hole and grounded...

Make sure it is seated all the way in the hole, and that the wire is making good contact with the metal pin
