just that simple, people can hear me its just that I have to yell and I really dont want to change the position of the microphone because its in the facotry position in the headliner.

Is there a way to raise the volume of the pick or can the mic pick up more stuff lol??

I'm under the impression that the volume you have your phone set to when you pair it permanently affects the pick-up volume.

Try wiping the phone from the HU (not sure how to do it on yours), and repairing with the phone's in-call volume set to it's max.

Also, IIRC, the microphone is somewhat directional, so that could effect it as well.

exactly...make sure you point the mic towards you.
