I have the same issue. I can place calls the recipient can hear me talk but I do not hear them. I have disconnected and reconnected several times with no success as well as re-paired the phone with the system. I have the d-series.

 

I have also moved the sound to the headset and been able to hear just fine, but when i move it back to the device "nothing"
