Had my Z2 stolen from my truck and purchased a refurbished Z2 as a replacement. I had a different installer who also installed an alarm system with remote start. The navigation isn't working either. Now that you have some background, he put in the bypass but in the connection status, I get:

GPS: ok, but no satellites

Emergency brake: On when it isn't

in the vehicle dynamics screen speed and rpm are unavailable.

I'm thinking a problem with VSS wire, Any suggestions?

Where is the GPS antenna located? Could it have gotten damaged during the theft?

That's what I'm thinking, because everything else works with the exception of what I mentioned. I checked the speed pulse so that ruled out the VSS. I have my antennae mounted under the dash so I'll check that this weekend.

Put it on the dash on something metal, like the pad they give you

I went into the dash and found the GPS antennae was hanging down. Remounted it and now good to go.
