Going to installer to get Traffic Icon working, what should is the the reason for this?

He didn't hook up the data cable to the Nav ?

The freeways should be lit up different colors if you live in an area covered by traffic flow. A list of accidents should come up if you hit the traffic button on the map screen. You should be able to pull up sports scores and stock quotes.

Did you even read the XM page I posted for you like three days ago? It explains in detail what navtraffic provides

Mine does all that!

But in the AV menu traffic ICON doesn't ever let me press it no matter what I do!

Also in XM radio part, there is a TRFC or something button, I press it that also does nothing!
