Say you're listening to a song on the AVIC-D3 through your iPod and you turn the car off in the middle of the song. When you turn the car back on again, will the song continue from where it was, or will it start over? I realize this is a picky question, but I was just curios.

That's such good news to hear. The unit I have now restarts the song completely, making it very annoying when you stop for only a minute or so or when you're in the middle of a 6 minute song.

Another cool tidbit is that the D3 will pick up where you left off when your mobile with your iPod. Say you are listening to a song jogging or something. Pause that song, plug into your D3 and it will start where you last were.

Best HU I have ever owned! Now if there was a way to watch video from my iPod Classic and get rid of my ground loop.
