Hey, im new here and this may be the wrong placeto post this. Im trying to decide on a d3 or a z2. I like the hdd but is it worth the extra money? I read somewhere that you can nav and listen to a disk with some features turned off on the d3. Does anyone know what those features are? What are some of the other diff's?

But anyway, IMO You can get a D3 and a 80GB ipod for a lot less than you can get a Z2 for. The only thing you'd be missing is the dual zone capability.

 

Z2 - Hard drive for nav info storage, 10GB for music storage - $2000

 

D3 - DVD drive for nav info, 80GB ipod for music storage - $1050
