Here is more information on the S1. Seems like they will be using NAVTEQ for their map database :shock: Wonder why they didn't use navteq for the Z1 :x The Z1 uses teleatlas, I don't know much about teleatalas, so that is probaly a good map too. God Bless

My guess would be because Navteq was able to provide more POI with the limited space (its only got 2g of memory for the whole country.) Looks cool though, got bluetooth built in

does it have a built in speaker? or does it connect to a factory car stereo with a bluetooth harness? It would be really cool if you could connect it to a factory stereo like a normal bluetooth accesory for a phone, and it would automatically mute the audio whenever a call comes in or there is a navigation instruction.

Yeah, saw that this weekend, but thanks for the heads-up. Hoping it will make it's way to a discount retailer or two sometime soon. Specs look good, but not at MSRP.

Sanco, why don't you just call pioneer and tell them your problem, if sure they will tell you to send your unit in and they will do the rest. God Bless
