I upgraded my Avic N2 to the 60mt version.. and now when I drive I cannot navigate anymore.. however I can still play dvds.. does anyone have this problem? if anyone knows a way around this it would be great. thanks

:shock: hmmm I have some 60 disc on the way but dont want to use them if I am going to lose my hard earned bypass functions. Come on folks, Who has an N2 with the bypasses and is using the 60 disc. Does it work?

why wouldn't it work, plenty of write-ups on how to mod your n2! did you read any of them?

yep read them all. Nothing speciffically addresses n2's that were previously modified with the brake/solder hack then upgraded to the 60 series disc. I have heard that some people have issues with the upgrade. I just want to make sure I am not going to add problems to my n2 now that it is running the way I want it.

I'd be really curious to know about this.

I have an orignal N2 that had 50MT discs. I bought a 60MT disc set and the upgrade worked flawlessly. I have the bypass done as well. DVD works, nav works.
