Well I emailed Pioneer to see when any new ugrades will be coming out for the D3 and this is what I got in response.

At this time, Pioneer does not have a Map upgrade for the AVIC-D3. The upgrades are normally released around mid-year.
You would want to make sure your unit has been registered with Pioneer, they will notify you of any updates or upgrades.
