I just had a Z2 installed in my 2004 Chevy 2500HD. So far I love it but I have 2 little problems with it.

1- It has an icon on the top right of the Nav. screen that says "UPDATING". It has not shut off. Am I supposed to do somethin else?

2- The screen does not dim at all at night. I have it set to automatic in the settings menu.

Updating is because you are not using the XM radio... I had that.. the day and night is because you need to hook it up to the wire that connects to your lights.. when lights come on it goes night mode.

I just disconnected the Data Out on th XM Box and it seemed to take off the "updating" icon. I hope that does not hurt anything else.
