Does anybody know if is posible to change the clock - time displayed layout/color/size on the screen?

The digits are small and thin and realy dificult to see.

and not only that, you can't choose between 12/24 hour time format, and the time contains a leading zero. e.g.: "04:12" which can be 4 in the morning, or 4 in the afternoon. Sure you can look out the window and make a pretty good guess.

Either ditch the leading zero, or make it switchable. Just one of the many annoyances of the Z series

Only option you have is in the guages view. You can select different clocks there. However, they are only displayed in that view of course...

Off topic:

If no new and consistent updates will come for these units I can say loud and clear that I am really disappointed with AVIC Z series. There is so much "can't do" for so much money. Not to mention that the navigation sucks big time beside other brands.

To play DVDs, CDs, etc, etc, any in dash units can do it for a lot less money.
