I switched my z2 to my new car and now it gives me an error reading "Playback error, please remove disc. How ever nothing happens when I hit the eject button. Has anyone else experienced this error? How can it be fixed?

Sounds like hardware failure to me...

So are you saying that you cannot get the disc out? Is this disc in fact readable?

Have you tried a reset yet?

The face will not move at all (eject nor tilt) and I have done all the resets.

Uh oh, you can't even get to service mode if you can't get the face open.

1) New car = new double-din slot. Maybe it's stuck? Take everything out, but leave the Z2 connected to power and see if the face will drop / eject.

2) If that doesn't work, the open/close gear might be sticking. Try playing with it... see if you can either unstick it or realign it or something...:
