I just bought a 2004 Audi A6 and want to install the Avic D3. Can anyone tell me who has the wiring harness, dash kit, and anything else I would need to complete the install

I put the D3 into my 2008 Audi A4 some months ago...can't help you with the A6 or with a 2004 model, though. Sorry.
