What is the newest upgrade disks I could use on my navigation system that won't lock out features while in motion? Or is there a way to bypass the lockout?

My nav is hooked up to an AVH-P7500DVD touch screen.

My parking brake wire is grounded. I was told that if I upgraded to the series 50 or newer discs that it would lockout functions while in motion.

You were told wrong

That came directly from Pioneer.

Then they are idiots. My buddy has a 7500DVD with seperate nav with burned copies of the new disks. It works perfectly

Well I upgraded my nav with the series 70 discs and now I can't map any new destinations. The only options I can select are addresses in my address book and destination history. It doesn't matter if I'm moving or parked.

Did you make copies of the disks? Or buy copies off of ebay?

Lots of people have had the same symptoms with ebay ones

I copied originals.

So how do I fix this issue?
