I'm a newb to the d3, how do you change the xm presets to show the song name or artist instead of the channel info? I looked in the book and it says something about the disp button? Have no clue where that is. I know when you are in the all channel mode you just have to press list again and it changes the info. Thanks!

Dont think you can change that. Mine only shows channel info. I could be wrong though. I think the display buttom toggles between showing presets and showing channel info and song info.

To lose your preset list and see the song title, etc...just push the detail button, well not really a button, but you get the idea.

Guess I was spoiled coming from a Delphi Myfi, where you can set the presets to show artist, song, or channel. It was nice to scroll through the channels without having to change it. Thanks.

I agree...the smaller add-ons are better in a few ways...that being one of them. My crappy Terk XM Commander allowed you to scroll through the available stations and pick the one you wanted to hear. With the D3, you just can't. Wish it would, though.

I think if you toggle the "List" and "Mode" buttons you can get the artist and songs to show up, even when viewing the preset lists...can't remember for sure....definitely shows artists and songs when viewing all channels or viewing channels by category.
