I do have the SWIPS unit connected correctly. I've followed the instructions on how to program it, but it will only accept the first button.

I turn the key on and the light flashes 3 times for version 3. I push the button - light comes on. I push and hold the volume up button - light turns off. I release the vol button and light comes back on (1st button complete). Now when i push and hold the 2nd button (volume down) the light stays on and after about 5 seconds it flashes 3 times saying the programming is complete. I have tried this several times with the same result. Am I missing a step? The first programmed button works perfect but it will not accept more than 1 button.

After you get the 3 flashes, and then you press the mode button to begin programming, does the light stay lit? I can't get mine to program for s**t in my Impala, and I think it's because the light doesn't stay lit when I go to program the Volume button.

I managed to get it to program correctly when I first installed it, and then it started switching the band on me. PAC said I needed to wire in a capacitor between the signal and gnd wires and that should fix it. Since then, I haven't been able to get it to program at all.

See, I'm not getting even THAT. Unfortunately, I bought on eBay and the seller will not respond. I guess I'm that one in 100 "unhappy" customers right now...b/c they have excellent satisfaction numbers so far.
