Hope someone can help me. I been looking at getting the Avic-n4 and had looked through out the postings and haven't found an answer to my question.

 

My question is I would be using the navagation system quite a bit and would like to know if it's possible to upload/ add or install on a copied nav disk waypionts such as north and west coordinates?

 

So far I've that it needs an street name or addres number. But for what I intend to use it for, there wouldn't be any.

 

I had picked this unit for it's dvd/ cd and i-pod use as well, but would like to put in wapiont co-ordinates into nav system.

 

Any thoughts anybody.

No, but if you are at a location, you can register it and it will store in your address book. Then you can rename them

 

I think you are limited to 100-200 though
