hi i was wondering if anyone know how to fix my avic d3 i just bought it and it was working fine till i inserted a backup navegation dvd in it and now is telling me "please insert the appropriate disc" and when insert the navegation disc it tells me" please eject the disc and insert appropriate disc again" and i can not see anything on the sceen thats all it sais when i turn on my car and i inserted the original disc and it will tell me the same thing.

Can some one help me please i canot figuer it out

Power up the unit, and then hold the reset button down for a few seconds and then once it resets try reloading the original nav disk. The reset button is the small pinhole on the top left of the face of the unit. You might need a paperclip or pen to push it.

it didnt work i just try it and it didnt do anything diferent.

when i inserted the back up disk for the navegation it said that it was downlouding and do not turn the system off so i dont know what is going on and thank u for helping and if u have any ideas let me know thanks

i even tryed umpliging the power off and everything and it still dont do anything for me

please help
