Just wondering if all the Sirius module devices are the same to use for any radio head unit. I've been selling my stock radio head unit (from my 07 subaru sti) ever since i got the avic d3 with sirius. However, being that my subscription ended and hardly ever having to use it, i figure i can might as well get rid of it too from this offer. I have a buyer interested in buying my stock radio unit with the Sirius satellite module/antenna as the stock radio supports sat radio functionality. I mentioned to him that it does not come from the dealer with Sirius. But dose the module itself have to be different since it wouldn't be the avic-d3 anymore that it's hooked up to? Then I guess all he would need left is getting one of those portable displays.
