So when I recieve a phone call, on the D3 it displays the number and above that where it says name its says something like unavailabe, or unkown. So i have to look at my phone to see who is calling. Any ideas?

Did you transfer your phonebook over?

yes I can do the search function and it displays all the names when i make a call but when I recieve an incoming call I get my problem.

Were they all in 10 digit form in your phone when you sent them all to the Pioneer?

Yes they are all in ten digit form. Like i said when the number shows up on the screen with unkown i can look at my phone and it will display name so why cant it display the name on the head unit?

Not sure. Mine did the same thing, but it was because I had all the numbers in 7 or 11 digit form in my phone. Deleted them all from the D3, put them in 10 digit form, and re-sent them and it works perfect. Maybe its a phone issue

Believe it or not, I played with it today and all I did was resent the numbers to the head unit and now it miraculasly works! I don't know why! It is so much better now!
