Can I use the presets without touching the screen? I want to hit >> or << on my steering wheel, and have it go to the next preset. Now it just hunts for the next strong signal, which sucks.

 

Also, can I adjust the "sensitivity" of the screen? It seems like I have to press really hard to get a button to work.
