is it posible to make the AVIC-z1 to lower the volume automatic when is going to give a direction like it does when you are going to make a voice command or receive a bluetooth call ?

It does do that. Not only does it do that, you have a choice of -10db, -20db or music off.

right on ducatiboy, wenever receivin a nav direction or bluetooth call it'll mute it to w/e level u have it on. wen in av screen, hit av settings, then hit system settings, then at the bottom left-hand corner make sure the mute is on guide/vr/call n next to it u can change the mute level to -10db, -20db n mute all.
