how can you burn the DVD from pioneer?

I dont want to leave it in the car and have it get damged.

also would be nice to know it is not in the car melting LOL

You have to get a dvd burner. I am trying to burn the updated disk now for the N3...Goodluck.

I have a DVD burner i also have the programs to do it but they are not doing it it is rejecting it saying that it cant read it.

free down load it broke it but now it wont fit on a DVD.

Man i have never had this kind of issues with anythign i have done in the past but fo rsome reason this disk is a pita . i just want to make sure i dont screw up the factory disk in the hot summers around here

Burning the nav disk is trial and error.Lower the write speed to the lowest setting and if that don't work try different media.I've had the most success with verbatim and even then I've had a few toasters.

just wish it was on line someplace in a reliabel site tha tyou could down load it so that it would fit the disk. and also be a good copy so that you dont ruin the org.

I havent yet figured otu why they just didnt find away to hook it up wher eit was in the stereo instead of on disk or so tha tyou could down load it to the stereo .

O'yes, I forgot to tell you that you need double layer disk.They put it on disk so we can keep buying thier product and make them richer.

I dont have any Dubbel layer disk, not even sure i have a burnner for it . have to check the lap top to see if it can do them

you will also need dvd decryptor since the media is encrypted for copy protection. do a search here and you will find more info

I actually found on Ebay a disk for sale .

But ya need to becareful as i have also foudn some on there that are pirated versions.

Download CloneCD, use disc to disc. Make sure you have Dual Layer (DL) discs. Nero will work as well.

I just burned an 06 disc in my iMac and it appears to be working fine. No errors on my N3. I'm going to try it in my friends N2 and see if it works. That was using the software my iMac came with and a Fuji DL DVD burning at 2.4X.

Although I could not get it to load on my N1. You might be wasting your time

I burned the 80 pioneer disk, loaded it in n2, it went through the updating process, but then said insert correct disk. any idea what I've done wrong?

used verbatim dual layer and magic iso to burn with

try burning with alcohol120 that is the software i have had best results with burning nav discs

ty, appears that the 2008 disk wasnt realy for the n2 as I burned the o7 with no problems.

I have an N2 and loaded the 80 disc today...worked out great for me, no problems.

If anyone needs a copy of the disc, I can burn them for you for a small fee to cover the cost of the disc, packing and shipping.
