My illumination wire is hooked up and working.

Illumination is set for Daylight.

I do NOT have Daylight Running Lights.

 

Problem: When I turn my headlights on, the D3 dims.

 

Previously, it worked fine.

 

Any thoughts?

The D3 is SUPPOSED TO dim when you turn on the headlights.

If you don't want it to, disconnect the illumination wire.

Doh! That's right. I just realized that nighttime setting is for changing the map colors at night.
