Can I get a remote for the D3 and for how much?

Yes. I believe its CDR55, and around $18.00 on eBay.

but it has limited use.

only dvd controls and radio controls work.

better of getting the steering wheel control or buying a pacswips for wired use with usr existing stock steering wheel controls.

i only use the cdr55 when i have people in the back who wanna change tracks, station source, dvd tracks volume etc.
