I get a mechanical error when trying to eject the navi DVD. And I think it's messing up the whole system as the screen goes blank! Any advice on how to get it out? Thanks!

If it's a mechanical error, you'd have to open up the unit.

If it's still under warranty, I'd go ahead and send it in for service.
