Hello I have Installed a set of CDT 8" Sub in to the doors of my 2005 Mustang. but the Passenger side will not seal. what Product could i use to Seal the mounting Flange. I Dont really want to use silicon because that my be a mess or a pain to remove if ever need be

Dynamat or similar...

Dynamat would probably work fine....or build a baffle from 1/8" Masonite and seal that to the door, mounting your woofer to the baffle...
