I'm looking to install a backup camera to my AVIC D3. Can I use the power from the remote amp lead for +12vdc? I know these little cameras are low amps but will that lead supply enough without blowing the fuse? thanks.

You will be a lot better off coming from an ACC source of the fuse box because the camera should have its own fuse.
