I INSTALLED MY AVIC Z2 THE OTHER DAY... IM LOOKING WHERE IS THE VOICE COMMAND ICON BECAUSE ITS NOT IN MY SCREEN PLEASE ANYBODY CAN HELP ME WITH THIS.

If the microphone isn't plugged in (or has come loose when installed) you won't see the voice command button

I can see the icon on mine but I can not get the voice command to work. Its like it does not hear me or something. Is there some kind of trigger word or something?

To get voice command to work, you need to touch the Icon to get it going, then speak into the external mic. Oh and also learn all those comands.
