just got the 80GB 5.5 gen last week, have 2-3 movies downloaded, having trouble getting video to itunes, does it have to be in a certin format? if so what do i need to convert it and where can i download it

Go to download.com and get one of the many programs they have there for converting videos to ipod format.

You could always use Total Video Converter. I like it but it's not free. Cheap. But not free.
