$200 Rebate

I'm about to buy a D3 and I would like to take advantage of the Pioneer $200 rebate. According to the fine print, I have to buy from an authorized dealer that isn't Best Buy, Circuit City, Car Toys, Al & Eds Autosound, Tweeter, or Crutchfield. Amazon is not in this list so I'm assuming the rebate is valid if bought from Amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-AVICD3X-Double-DIN-Navigation-Bluetooth/dp/B0010E4GWI/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1208735695&sr=8-2

But on Amazon's site it says "In Stock. Ships from and sold by Crutchfield". Does this mean the rebate will not be valid?

Where does everyone recommend I buy and still get a good deal?

Thanks,

Matt

I have attached the PDF rebate form. The one I'm looking at says April 30, 2008.

I got mine from compuplus.com

The price was right and the shipping was fast. They are also not far from me. Great buy. Bought it on Wednesday and got it on Friday.
