ive been reading all the bypass sites and threads and i still have one question.... i realize that the bypass for both the z1 and the z2 are the same but if i have ordered the z2 do i need to worry about the manufactured date? is that just an issue witht the z1?? do i just carry on with the two wire bypass??? and forget the software update?

all of them are bypassable, so it doesn't matter which you get, you'll wire it the same...just what (if any) update you need to put on it.
