hey guys... i just got my z2 and installed it last nite... my nav has no idea where i am, so iwanted to just reset the whole thing... when i go into settings, it doesn't let me do anything, like modyfying curret location or Restoring it to factory settings or anything.... how do i enable those features again?

i will try doing the bypass tonight since my parking brake wire isnt hooked up, i think thats whats messing with it

Yup. Needs to be grounded or you'll be locked out of advanced functions. If it IS grounded and it senses movement, it'll still lock you out. There's where the bypass comes in to play. Without a grounded e-brake wire, you can't do squat.

well actually i went and grounded the light blue wire which is supposed to be the parking sensor wire...right? anyways after doing that it still didnt let me do anything. then i did the mute wire switch and grounded that as well, and it still wouldnt work... i still need to hook up my vss wire and i'll be doing that later today, ill just try rewiring everything
