just wondering after i do the bypass do i need to put the pb wire on a switch or can i just ground it and will this let me watch dvds with a a external player thanks for any help in advance

I went ahead and had professional installers do it for me, as they concluded it needed to be on a switch; there was a certain delay that needed to occur for my unit to work correctly

Then your installers aren't very experienced with Pioneer stuff. No switch required
