how are people getting there music video's they download from limewire onto there ipods?

i'm new to the itunes scene and cant figure this part out.

The videos have to be in a certain format in order to play on the ipod (MP4) Just drag the file into itunes and then right click on it and choose: CONVERT SELECTION FOR IPOD. Then when you sync your ipod the videos will appear and play.
