SO i finally got around to installing the D3 today, and installation went pretty well until i turned the unit on.

The unit starts up fine, and has visuals, but there is no audio from any source.

I re checked all the connections and cannot figure out what the problem is.

any suggestions?

Are you using external amp(s) or the D3's speaker outputs?

If you are using external amp(s), which wire did you use for the amplifier's turn-on circuit? The blue one, or the blue/white one?

and also, if it matters, the vehicle is a 2004 envoy.
