I have checked the power supply and the reverse camera box is getting power.

Is there anything else you all can recommend?

I have gotten very accustom to having a back up cam with my Excursion that is lifted.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

also check your video feed, maybe that cable got cut or came loose at either the camera box or behind the head unit.
