Is there a bluetooth adapter that works with the D1?

Not very well. You are better off with an aftermarket kit like Parrot

Parrot? never heard of it, guess i'll have to look it up.

Why do you say not very well? What is the unit?

The same one that works with the D3 and N4 kinda works with the D1 but its real shitty because the D1 was designed before the bluetooth box so there is no interface on the screen. It sucks

Parrot is probably the best known bluetooth car kit company out there. Pioneer, alpine, kenwood and eclipse are all starting to use their stuff in their decks because it works so well

Hey guys, I have a D1. I also sell Parrot Units. I have a 6100 that streams music from my TYTN 2. If you want to email me or call me at work I can hook it up.

What is TYTN 2?

Its an HTC device. Its an full blown better version of the AT&T Tilt. Its is clean of the dirty carriers locked features. So basically the parrot units will work with your D1. Here are the different ones you can do

CK 3000 http://www.expansys-usa.com/d.aspx?i=138086

3200lS color display http://www.expansys-usa.com/d.aspx?i=138088

6100- streams music from your device

Let me know what you like or what you have questions on. I will see what i can hook up
