I have an HTC Mogul and after looking at the compatible phone list, I thought it would work I have the Bluetooth module hooked up, and it shows as EXT1 on my AV menu. BT is enabled on my phone as well. I read the manual and went to the information page on the nav side The problem is that the phone icon is NOT selectable. I didn't plug the microphone in because I don't plan on making any calls through the deck. I mainly just want it to mute my radio or show me caller ID info so I don't have to grab it off my hip all the time. My version is 2.00000. I figured the Bluetooth update was just to fix the echo issue. Could this be my problem? Any help is really appreciated So far the deck has been great!

You bought the NDBT1 bluetooth module right? Its should not show up as ext-1

Mine is not the NBT1. It is a Pioneer BT unit though, with IP-bus. It shows as EXT1 and I can choose BT audio or TEL. I have to assume it works, as I got this all in a bundlr from a working vehicle.

You got the wrong one. If you want it to work right with your deck, you need the NDBT1

Umm, ok. It's the CD-BTB200. BT was working in the vehicle this came out of. I'll have to check the list of supported phones for that unit.

IT's not the phone, you're using the wrong adapter. The Avic Z series uses the ND-BT1, all other Pioneer head units that are BT compatible use the CD-BTB200.

Well I'll tell the guy he gave me the wrong box then.

Thanks.
