Z2 in av mode will cut music track short when playing in random mode, Unit has froze up. can not access menu, map, or av screens. Have tried reset. System worked for awhile the following day then froze.

Possbile HD failure. If you remove the HD, put put the HD cover back on, it will play AM/FM radio. Give it a try. If you are local to DFW TX, I can meet you and try another drive.
